About the Queue
The Queue is a system to provide all users with a fair opportunity to purchase packs.
Users who join the Waiting Room before the start of a Pack Drop will be randomly assigned a number. This number determines their turn in the Queue.
Since there will be a limited number of packs available per drop, if the number of users who want to purchase a pack exceeds the pack availability, it is possible that some users won’t be able to purchase a pack. So, rather than a first-come-first-serve system, we thought that randomly assigning the the order would be more fair and less stressful for our users.
Below, we will explain more about how exactly this process works.
Pre-Drop
Before a pack drops, we will make an announcement on this blog, through our newsletter, on our socials and on Discord. We’ll generally announce pack drops a few days ahead of time, but this isn’t set in stone, so we suggest following us / checking regularly so you don’t miss out on anything big.
There will be two queues when the pack comes will an early access drop, the early access queue and the general queue. Collectors who are eligible for the early access queue can join it when it’s opened.
The Waiting Room
The Waiting Room is a function that will randomly assign Queue numbers to users who wish to purchase packs.
Before the Waiting Room is open, there will be an “Available Soon” button on the page of a pack that will drop. 30 minutes before the start of a pack’s drop, the “Available Soon” button will turn into the “Waiting Room” button. Users can click on that button to join the Waiting Room.

Once you join the Waiting Room, please refrain from leaving the page.
Once the time comes for the pack to drop, all users in the Waiting Room will receive a random number that represents their number in the Queue, and they will be automatically redirected to the Queue page.
Please note that if you are not in the Waiting Room when the pack drop starts, you will be placed at the end of the line. In the case that you joined the Waiting Room, but then left the page and did not return before the time of the pack drop, you will be placed at the end of the line upon your return. In addition, in the case that you join the Waiting Room after the pack drop time, you will also be placed at the end of the line.
As mentioned before, please note that your Queue number will not be based on first-come-first-serve. They will be random. So, for example, someone to access the Waiting Room 25 minutes before a drop could potentially get Queue #50 while someone who accesses the Waiting Room 5 minutes before a drop could potentially get Queue #2. However, we still recommend accessing the Waiting Room earlier rather than later, as we expect some level of site traffic/congestion.
The Queue
The Queue is basically a queue/line for purchasing packs. The order of this Queue is based on each user’s Queue number.
On the Queue screen, you can check information such as how many people are currently in line your estimated remaining wait time. If you aren’t able to or don’t want to keep the Queue page up, you may opt to receive an email notification when your turn comes up. After that, you may close Queue page without losing your place in the line.
When it becomes your turn to purchase the pack, a “Purchase” button will appear on your Queue page. You can proceed to the purchase by clicking that button.
Please note that if you do not complete your purchase within 20 minutes of your turn, you will be moved to the end of the line.
Final Notes:
Aside from the case where you opted for email notification, please refrain from opening the Queue page in a different tab, browser, device or account, as this may interfere with your position in the line.
