👋 Hello all.

We would like to announce that we will be transitioning into a fully decentralized project.

Until now, AoTL Moments could only be owned in a closed environment and could only be traded within our closed marketplace. However, once we become decentralized, you will have full ownership of your Moments in your external wallet, and will be able to list and trade them on decentralized marketplaces such as Opensea.

In preparation of our transition, we have closed our current AoTL marketplace as of now (8/29/2023 JST). With this transitioning, we will close the current AoTL platform on 12/25/2023 JST.

With the planned closure of our platform, our main focus now is to provide our existing users with a smooth experience in this whole process.

Here is an overview of what you can expect:

• At this point, we have closed our marketplace. Furthermore, all pack drops have ended, and there will be no more pack drops in the future.
• From 9/20/2023 to 12/20/2023 11:59pm JST, you will be able to link your external wallet to your AoTL account.
• Starting on 12/21/2023, your Moments will be transferred to the external wallet you linked.
  ⇨ Only owned Moments will be re-minted on Polygon.
  ⇨ The MAPPA Mikasa Illustration Moments will be distributed to wallets of eligible users at this time as well.
• You will be able to list and trade your Moments on Polygon-supported decentralized marketplaces
• Users with remaining balances in their AoTL account should contact Customer Support for further instructions.

Linking your external wallet to your AoTL account

On 9/20/2023, we will add a section to your AoTL Account Settings in which you can register your wallet address to link it to your AoTL account.

Wallet Address Registration Period: 09/20/2023 ~ 12/20/2023 11:59pm JST
*Please make sure to register your wallet within this period.

Please note that the term “wallet” here refers to a digital wallet / crypto wallet that supports storing your cryptocurrency and NFTs, and allows you to send, receive, and spend cryptocurrencies.

If you currently do not have a crypto wallet, please make sure to set up a wallet that supports Polygon blockchain, such as Metamask.

Transferring your Moments to your external wallet

This process will be automatic for everyone who registers their wallet address through their Account Settings, and will be conducted between 12/21/2023~12/25/2023 (JST), after the Wallet Registration Period has ended.

Here are a few points to note about this process:

• All unopened packs will be automatically opened.
• All owned Moments will be re-minted on Polygon. Unclaimed/unsold Moments will not be re-minted on Polygon.
  ⇨ Since only owned Moments will be re-minted, this will greatly reduce the supply / the edition size.
  ⇨ We will be removing the “edition number” attribute from all Moments. However, in the case you currently own an edition #1 or a birth-date edition Moment, we will send both a special edition Moment and also your normal Moment to your wallet.
• At this time, the MAPPA Mikasa Illustration Moments will be sent to all wallets of users who cleared the original conditions. We are terribly sorry for the delay in this.

Listing & trading on Polygon marketplaces

Once your Moments are reflected in your external wallet, you will be able to list and trade your Moments on marketplaces that support Polygon, such as OpenSea.

Users with remaining balances

In summary, here is a list of important dates and what to expect:

• 8/29/2023: Marketplace service ended.
• 9/20/2023: External wallet registration period will start.
• 12/20/2023 11:59pm JST: External wallet registration period will end.
• 12/21/2023~12/25/2023: Moments will be transferred to users’ registered wallet.
• 12/25/2023: Deadline for contacting Customer Support regarding your AoTL balance.
