How to Register a Bank Account for Cashout
We are pleased to announce that most cashout requests can now be made through your Account Settings. Here is the tutorial for how to do this!
First, sign into your account, and go to your Account Settings by clicking on the top right of the home page. ⇩
Next, click on Balance & Payout. ⇩
The Balance page is a record of all of your account’s transactions. Next to it, you’ll see the Withdrawal tab. Click there, and then click on the box to add a new account for wire transfer. ⇩
Choose your country/region first. Instructions may differ depending on your country/region, and you may need to reach out to Customer Support.
In addition, please make sure to read up on how to make sure you fill in your banking information correctly.
When you are done filling in your information & you are sure it’s correct, please click on the checkbox to proceed. ⇩
Congratulations! Your bank information should now be saved to your AoTL account. From here, you can proceed to the withdrawal request. ⇩
Another disclaimer section will pop out, so please read it carefully. One thing to note is that most Credit Unions and neobanks are not supported. After you’ve read everything, please check the box to agree & continue.
You’ve finally reached the withdrawal request page! From here, you just need to input the amount you want to withdraw and click Continue, and you’re all set.
Some important notes:
- The maximum you can withdraw at once is $4,999.99
- The minimum is $80.00 (please see this FAQ page for why)
- There is a $25 service fee for withdrawals, regardless of whether or not the withdrawal itself succeeds or fails (which is why you must enter your information correctly)
After you’ve submitted your withdrawal, you’ll have a short period to cancel it if you change your mind. Otherwise, please keep an eye on your emails, as you’ll receive an email when your request has been completed.
